Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a king bed, high end fixtures and luxurious bedding. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom to allow privacy from the your fellow travelers.
The entire main floor is an open concept with leather couches and Smart TV in the living room. The dining room and kitchen are furnished with high end furnishings and stainless steal appliances.
Office setup is located on the second floor furnished with a desk and chair for those needing to work remotely and a skylight directly above the office space to brighten up the area.
Washer and dryer are available and supplied with soap/softener.
Enjoy the cruiser bikes on the large Big Thompson bike trail that winds its way through the city of Loveland. The bike trail is located next to the townhome building where you can ride around downtown or take a cruise to the nearby Foote Lagoon amphitheater.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.
With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 5 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.
Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
