Knock's Hot Tub Haven offers large amounts of space for your group to relax. The main level offers a quiet living space with Smart TV, large kitchen for cooking your favorite meals, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is plenty of space for gathering while still being able to enjoy your personal space. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers.

You will fall in love with the basement area. Enjoy the large lounge area furnished with couches, high top bar and air hockey table. There is no better place to watch your favorite football game! One bedroom and one bathroom are also located in the basement.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.

Downtown Loveland is a 10 minute drive where you can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theatres. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

TPC Golf Course is a short 5- minute drive where you can enjoy the 865 acre golf community, featuring majestic views of the Rocky Mountains and nestled alongside the sparkling blue waters of Lonetree, McNeil and Welch Reservoirs. TPC offers an 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, a community center, pool, fitness facility and a dynamic lakefront gathering locale.

Lake Loveland is a beautiful escape where you can enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, train rides, amphitheater, playing at the multiple playgrounds and much more! Boyd lake is a 10 minute drive and has a wide range of exciting lake activities. You can rent boats, paddleboards or visit the swim beach for a full day of Colorado activities.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

A mandatory $300 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
