Our freshly remodeled Flat is within walking/biking distance to Old Town, Colorado State University Campus, Restaurants, Breweries, MAX Transit, Family-Friendly activities and Nightlife. Located just blocks away from the Poudre River/Trail.
Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.
A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.
Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.
Must be 25+ years old to reserve Grant Flats.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
