THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA:

Conveniently nestled in a newer, tranquil neighborhood just South of the Johnstown Plaza and Centerra Shopping malls, retail enthusiasts will find their shopping desires satisfied. And if that's not enough, a short drive will take you to Downtown Loveland, where you can further explore an abundance of shopping, tantalizing restaurants, and lively bars.

Close in proximity to Loveland, CO, home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake where there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Don't forget about Devil's Backbone (about a 15-minute drive West) where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its convenient location and a short drive for access to downtown Loveland, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive North, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15-minute drive, with availability to world-famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious on-site brews. A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with our property management company.

The renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
