Sleeping Arrangements: Five bedrooms give everyone their own space: two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a bunk room featuring one full and two twins — plenty of privacy for larger groups without anyone stuck on an air mattress.

The Backyard Is the Real Showstopper at Double J. This one's a gem. Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, complete with:
A hot tub for soaking under the Colorado stars
A grill for firing up dinner al fresco
A firepit for winding down the night with s'mores and good company

Kitchen: Like every Urbanize home, this kitchen comes fully stocked and ready for your morning coffee talks and family gatherings. We stock the essentials so you can enjoy a home-away-from-home cooked meal any time.

Location: You're steps from downtown Loveland's restaurants, breweries, art galleries, and sculpture gardens. Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake are just minutes away for paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming, Devil's Backbone offers one of our favorite hiking trails just minutes from the home, and Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are about 45 minutes up the road.

Pets: We do allow dogs at this property with a $100/dog fee, up to two dogs per stay. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a furry friend!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
