You will fall in love with this brand new garage style loft located in the historic downtown district of Windsor. The loft is snuggled in a quiet neighborhood near Windsor’s Main Community Park. The Locust Loft features high ceilings, two cozy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open living space.  

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea is supplied for those early morning goers.

Locust Loft is located in the upstairs of a newly built garage. Property owners live in the main house on the lot. You will have the desired privacy needed for your group with the private entrance and dedicated garage parking.

Each bed is made up with high quality linens.  Bedrooms have spacious closets and hangers to keep your belongings organized.

Washer and dryer is available and supplied with soap and softener.

Windsor Lake is located 6 blocks away where you can enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the water or spend a day on the lake with the family. 

If you love to golf, Windsor is the place for you! With 4 golf courses spread across the city, you will find your perfect golfing adventure.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Must be 25+ years old to reserve Locust Loft.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
