Enjoy some fresh air in a lush grassy area outfitted with hammocks where visitors can unwind under sunny skies! Find even more entertainment surrounded by nature as you host barbecues on the covered patio complete with outdoor furniture. And when night falls, head inside and bring everyone together around one table—challenge them at Foosball & Poker in our fun game room while enjoying conversation over drinks & snacks within its expansive seating area.

Relax in your luxurious king beds, complete with high-quality linens designed to make you feel right at home! Whip up delicious meals any night of the week thanks to our fully-stocked kitchen.

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Downtown offers plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than 5 minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
