The home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, with three well-appointed bedrooms, a pull-out sofa, futon, and two full bathrooms. The primary suite connects directly to the ensuite bath, while the additional bedrooms offer plush bedding and thoughtful touches to make everyone feel at home. You’ll also have access to in-home laundry, high-speed WiFi, and central heating and cooling throughout.

***PLEASE NOTE*** The property owner resides on-site in a separate carriage house located on the same lot. The carriage house is a completely separate structure, and guests can expect full privacy during their stay. The owner does not share any guest-accessible areas, including the home, yard, or amenities. All stay-related questions should be directed to Urbanize rather than the owner on-site.
-The owner also has a dog that lives in the carriage house and has access only to a private, fenced-in dog run. The dog does not enter or have access to any guest spaces.

- The renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
