Lil’ Blue is nestled on the east side of Downtown Loveland, Colorado. Enjoy convenient access to local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, entertainment, and the Loveland Bike Path (bikes included). There's so much to do right here in town, or take a short 45-minute drive up Big Thompson Canyon to the cute little mountain town of Estes Park & enjoy endless fun in Rocky Mountain National Park!

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Guests can ride the provided bicycles to tons of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, and entertainment, or hop on the Loveland Bike Path to go even further!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
