Lake Life on Birch boasts an amazing location with access to Windsor Lake, Downtown Windsor and Boardwalk Park. The loft has a fantastic spacious floor plan and is beautifully decorated to be perfect for your luxury vacation getaway. With a cozy banquette and chair style dining table, comfortable living room area and cool beachy vibes, you will feel right at home in this wonderful loft.

Our spacious kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers.  

Lake Life on Birch is located in the upstairs of a newly built garage. The property owners live in the main house on the lot. You will have the desired privacy needed for your group with the private entrance and street parking. 

You will find a king bed in the first bedroom and a queen bed in the secondary bedroom. Each luxury bed is made up with high quality linens and sure to provide a great nights rest.   

Washer and dryer are available and supplied with soap and softener.

Things to Do Nearby

Boardwalk Park is located at the end of the block and a very short walk just out the front door of the loft. You can enjoy a large playground, summer concerts, historic museums and spectacular lake front paths and views. 

Windsor Lake is a wonderful option for spending some time in nature and has rentals for your enjoyment. You may rent motorized / non-motorized boats, paddleboards, enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the water or spend a day relaxing lakeside with the family at the free swim beach.  

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, breweries, festivals, and shopping within walking or biking distance.

If you love to golf, Windsor is the place for you! With 4 golf courses spread across the city, you will find your perfect golfing adventure.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Must be 25+ years old to reserve Lake Life on Birch.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
