This luxurious mountain vacation home offers hiking, kayaking, paddle-boarding, boating, swimming, mountain biking and much more right outside your front door. From the majestic views to the outdoor adventures, there is something for everyone at the Hillside at Horsetooth.

Hillside at Horsetooth overlooks Horsetooth Reservoir and is a short 2 minute drive to lake access. A paddle board and kayak are included for your groups lake adventures as well as the daily parks pass. This is a luxury rental unlike any in the area. Bring your boat and your friends and get ready for your dream vacation. 

Watch for the deer in the trees as you drive up the path toward our secluded two-story home. As you walk through the front door, you will feel at home with the stylish Colorado decor. Indulge in the large windows overlooking Horsetooth Reservoir. Spend chilly mornings on the wrap-around deck with a steaming cup of coffee or a hot afternoon grilling steaks and enjoying a few of the local brews. Keep warm by the double sided fireplace enjoying the snow-covered treetops.  

The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and private bath with a large jetted tub and walk in shower. The two additional bedrooms offer queen beds and a shared bath. You’ll have a restful night’s sleep on the luxury bedding supplied with plenty of cozy blankets. With stainless steel appliances, propane stove and granite counter tops, you’ll enjoy your time in the kitchen cooking your groups breakfast or packing a picnic for the day’s adventures. 

If you are missing city life, don't stress. Just 10 minutes away you will find the vibrant city of Fort Collins where you can smell the beer brewing and nightlife come alive.

- Canyon Grill is at the bottom of the hill, just a 2 minute walk to enjoy a bite to eat, live bands and the local liquor store.

- Boat rentals are available at the Horsetooth Marina.

- Explore Lory State Park where you can mountain bike, hike, horseback ride and rock climb.

- Take a hike up Horsetooth Rock to experience where this area got it's unique name. Our included day pass will give you parking access to this trail.

- Blue Sky Trail is a 4 mile trail for hiking that runs through the foothills. You can access this trail at the bottom of the hill.

- Stout Market is your local convenience store for any last minute necessities.

A mandatory $350 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
