The patio is furnished with multiple large seating areas, covered patio with string lights and soft sided four  person hot tub. Don't forget about the entertainers paradise with the horseshoe pits, corn hole and fire pit supplied with fire wood.

Working remotely has become very popular in todays world and we have you covered. The Parkside Gardens offers a full office setup for those looking to work remotely, including a printer!

This beautiful home offers two living spaces with Smart TVs. There is plenty of space for gathering while still being able to enjoy your personal space. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea is supplied for those early morning goers.

Adventure is key at the Parkside Gardens. There is a hidden park in the middle of the neighborhood. If you follow the path through the back gate, it will lead you to the beautiful hidden park where you can enjoy a picnic in the park while enjoying the large playground.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. 

Bedroom 1 (Main Level Master): King Bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (Top Floor King): King Bed with Jack and Jill Bathroom combined with Queen Bedroom.

Bedroom 3 (Top Floor Queen): Queen Bed with Jack and Jill Bathroom combined with King Bedroom.

Things to Do Nearby:

Downtown Loveland is a 10 minute drive where you can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theatres. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Lake Loveland is a beautiful escape where you can enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, train rides, amphitheater, playing at the multiple playgrounds and much more! Boyd lake is a 10 minute drive and has a wide range of exciting lake activities. You can rent boats, paddleboards or visit the swim beach for a full day of Colorado activities.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

A mandatory $300 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
