Vintage, funky and fun mid century ranch style home located in the heart of Loveland. The Dolphin House is a home away during your weekend getaway, family vacation or business travel. Situated in the middle of the well-known Loveland art culture, there is so much to see and do during your stay. We welcome you to the eclectic, Dolly Parton Colorado experience.

The Dolphin House makes you feel as though you are in some rad 70's music video! It's quirky, clean and close to all your favorite hot spots. It's hard to miss this beauty with two bronze dolphins greeting you as you approach the front door to this vintage time machine.

Take a load off on the most comfortable orange velvet couch in the living area featuring a flat screen smart TV with all the Netflix and Hulu you can dream of. The open floor plan creates the perfect scene for a guitar sing along or family game night. Enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine in our cute "greenroom." 

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea is supplied for those early morning goers.

Each bedroom is furnished with queen beds made up with quality linens.  

Unwind in the sunroom with relaxing outdoor seating and hanging string lights.

We do accept dogs with a $50 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

The Dolphin House is a 3 minute drive to downtown Loveland. You can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theatres. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Muse Coffee is a fun, unique coffee shop across the street where you can get your early morning cup of Joe!

Lake Loveland and North Lake Park is a short walk where you can enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, playing at the playground and riding on the historic train! Boyd lake is a 5 minute drive and has a wide range of exciting lake activities. You can rent boats, paddleboards or visit the swim beach for a full day of Colorado activities.

Benson Sculpture Garden a few miles north of the house. Benson Sculpture Garden is a quaint city park showcasing 154 eclectic, charming sculptures over 10 verdant acres.

Take the gorgeous, 45-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Must be 25+ years old to reserve home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
