Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers.

Enjoy the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and luxury linens. Attached master bathroom showcases an elegant look with double sink and shower/tub. The two other bedrooms are furnished with a luxury queen bed and high quality linens. Each bedroom has a large closet with hangers and baskets to keep your belongings organized. Each room is also uniquely decorated including paintings hung on the wall by local artists that can be individually purchased.

Do you enjoy spending your time outside? Enjoy our front covered patio where you can sip on your morning coffee and listen to the birds chirp. Create your own backyard oasis with our two separate seating areas, large patio, BBQ Grill and Corn Hole!

Smilin' Moose is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Loveland. You can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theaters. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Benson sculpture garden is a short drive from the house where you can enjoy the walking paths and ponds through 10 acres of sculptures showcasing the artistic beauty of Loveland.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at Smilin' Moose!

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking. 

Must be 25+ years old to reserve Smilin' Moose.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
