With the large outdoor space, this 2,500-square-foot Mountain Retreat offers the perfect blend of mountain charm mixed with upscale convenience. Mountain Morning Escape boasts a large living area, lounge off of the dining room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus office, laundry facilities, 3 bathrooms, great deck and large tennis court. 

This home offers a large tennis court with rackets, balls and equipment for playing pickle ball and tennis in the backyard. It is the perfect location for the whole family to play and enjoy themselves. There is a great view right off of the deck to look out and enjoy all of the fun the court has to offer. 

Wake up and relax on the deck while sipping on a hot cup of coffee. The property is equipped for a fun time with your group while grilling your favorite dinners on the back deck, watching the kids play pickle ball and viewing wildlife running through the yard.

Unwind in the open kitchen furnished with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Don't forget about our coffee bar available for those early morning goers.

We do accept dogs with a $50 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens.

Things to Do Nearby:

Mountain Morning Escape is a 15-minute drive to downtown Loveland. You can explore the multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theaters. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Lon Hagler and Boedecker Lakes are a 10 minute drive where you can spend the day fishing, visiting the archery range, paddle boarding or non-motorized boating. 

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
