Welcome to Love Letters Lane! Step into this wonderful, recently remodeled two-bedroom home adjacent to Downtown Loveland. Hardwood floors and beautiful décor greet you upon entry, making you feel right at home. With sculptures and original paintings, local art is sprinkled throughout the home and provides a great ambiance to spur your sense of adventure in the artistic community of Loveland.

Love Letters Lane is designed in a chic and eclectic vibe that will make you feel cozy and welcome. Upon entry, you will find a living room with large windows bringing in plenty of light and comfy armchairs perfect for relaxing with a good book. A dining table that seats four is next to the living room and great for playing games or dining with your group. A well appointed and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating is located past the dining area, ready for entertaining your guests and preparing a scrumptious meal. A fabulous tear drop chair hangs from the ceiling in the back of the home, and provides a great area for relaxing while swinging and watching the bunnies play in the backyard.

On the main floor, you will find a comfortable bedroom with a king bed and a lovely second bedroom with a queen bed. The beds are arranged with luxurious linens and comfy pillows to ensure a relaxing nights rest. A remodeled full bathroom with shower is situated on the main floor for convenience with the living area and bedroom access. In the back of the home, stairs lead to the lower level where you will find a fantastic living room with large sectional sofa and huge smart TV. The washer and dryer are also located in the lower level of the home and available for use with soap and softener provided. 

A patio area with outdoor seating for four and an umbrella sits just out the back door of the home in the huge private backyard area with large trees and great shade. Feeling like some exercise or adventure? Grab the two cruiser bikes and explore Downtown Loveland or bike The Big Thompson Trail that follows the river throughout town. 

We do accept dogs with a $50 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Love Letters Lane is a three minutes drive or walkable distance to downtown Loveland. With its downtown adjacent location, you will find plenty of acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, theatres, recreation center, and shopping. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than a 15 minute walk with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Visit Muse Coffee & Tea, a quaint coffee shop just a couple minutes walk out the front door for a delicious hot or cold beverage. Muse is just a couple blocks away and a great spot to view amazing sculptures by our local artist Jane DeDecker, and check out their beautiful gardens at this Loveland gem. 

Lake Loveland is a short 3 minute drive where you can enjoy a day of fishing, swimming, playing at the playground and much more! Boyd lake is a 10 minute drive and has a wide range of exciting lake activities. You can rent boats, paddleboards or visit the swim beach for a full day of Colorado activities.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at Love Letters Lane!

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
