Please understand this is a downstairs apartment and there is potential for noise from the unit above. The home does share a thermostat with the upper unit, however it stays comfortable and we provide a space heater if needed. 

The backyard with play area, treehouse, fire pit and large patio are shared with the fellow short term renters in the upstairs unit. 

Unwind in the kitchen, furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers.

Windsor Lake is located 6 blocks away where you can enjoy a hot air balloon ride over the water or spend a day on the lake with the family. 

With its downtown location, you will find plenty of restaurants, breweries, sparks, and shopping within walking or biking distance.

If you love to golf, Windsor is the place for you! With 4 golf courses spread across the city, you will find your perfect golfing adventure.

Shared Spaces: Playhouse, bicycles, sports equipment, indoor/outdoor finished garage space, grill, fire pit, backyard area.

Ring doorbell cameras are located in the shared garage space and the stairs leading to the basement unit.

A mandatory $100 security deposit is required. A link will be sent to you after booking to securely enter your credit card number directly with property management company.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
