A comfortable sectional sofa sits central in the living room with a large smart TV and built-in fireplace for chilly nights. A powder bathroom is conveniently located on the main level of the home. The beautifully designed open layout kitchen is well-equipped with the high-end stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and huge island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with seating for six and large windows bringing in plenty of light- perfect for meals with your group. Don't feel like cooking? Take a short walk and indulge in one of three restaurants at the TPC Colorado clubhouse. The grand Center Stage patio offers majestic views of golf, three reservoirs and the Rocky Mountains- and only minutes away!

The master retreat on the second level has a wonderful king bed, sitting area and beautiful private ensuite with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. At the other end of the home on the second floor are two nicely appointed bedrooms with queen beds. A full bathroom is also on the second level in the hall with close access to the two queen bedrooms. A laundry room with washer and dryer is just off the hall on the second level and is supplied with soap and softener. In the lower level of the home, a huge queen bedroom sits beside a large living room with a foosball table, great for unwinding with your group. This space is also an ideal area for providing some privacy from your group. A nicely finished full bathroom is also conveniently located downstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with luxury beds and high-quality linens. 

Please note there are two RING camera systems, one located in the garage and the other located outside the front door.

 Enjoy over 8 miles of wonderful trail system for walking through the master planned Heron Lakes community just outside the front door or watch a professional golf tournament at the TPC Colorado Golf Course, the only PGA TOUR managed course in Colorado. 

Berthoud is a charming little town with quaint shops and restaurants just a 7-minute drive away. Check out City Star Brewing for a delicious local draft and stroll through the small town with friendly people and great atmosphere.

Hop on Highway 287 and head south to Pearl Street in Boulder for the day. There you’ll find unique shops and a variety of restaurants and breweries to explore.

Downtown Loveland is a 20-minute drive from Heron Hideaway at TPC Colorado. You can explore the quaint shops, multiple breweries, delicious restaurants and theaters. Check out the Foundry Project that is bringing new and exciting enhancements to downtown.

Benson sculpture garden is a beautiful spot to visit where you can enjoy the walking paths and ponds through 10 acres and hundreds of sculptures showcasing the artistic beauty of Loveland. This is a major sculpting community and throughout town there are wonderful sculptures for your viewing pleasure.

Fort Collins is a great college town just north of Loveland and a 30 minutes’ drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quirky shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at Heron Hideaway at TPC Colorado.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.
