The lower level of the home has another large living room with a flat screen perfect for movie night, and a spacious queen en suite bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. Enjoy the spacious master bedroom on the main level furnished with a king bed and beautifully remodeled en suite. The second bedroom on the main level also has a king bed, large closet, and a connecting pocket door leading to the main floor bathroom, providing an optional en suite. The third bedroom is in the lower level of the home with a queen bed and another remodeled en suite. 

Enjoy the completely remodeled kitchen with a huge butcher block island and bar seating, updated appliances and double ovens. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Downtown Loveland is less than 5 minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
