Downtown Boho Bungalow on 8th then opens up to a chic open-concept living room and a beautiful dining area situated next to French doors and windows with classic woodwork that bring in a wonderful amount of natural light. Towards the back of the home the updated and fully stocked kitchen awaits for you to cook your favorite home cooked meal, just grab your groceries. A cozy coffee nook with lounge sofa sits adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for sipping a hot cup of coffee while watching the birds play in the side yard. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers. With close proximity to Downtown Loveland's restaurants, theatres, shops and breweries, you will find Downtown Boho Bungalow on 8th to fit the needs of your group with its great floor plan and amazing location.

Downtown Boho Bungalow on 8th is the ideal home for your luxury Loveland getaway with its beautiful décor and upscale design. With three wonderfully decorated bedrooms and two nicely appointed full bathrooms, you will have plenty of space for your group to have the necessary privacy to enjoy your stay to the fullest. You will find a luxurious king bedroom and full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower on the main floor. The other two nicely decorated bedrooms are located in the lower level of the home and are appointed with queen beds. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. You will find a trendy living room in the lower level of the home with comfy sofas, side chairs and smart television ready for you to relax while watching your favorite show. 

Enjoy some sunshine in the lovely backyard space! There is a great porch with pergola just outside of the French doors off of the dining area inside. You will find an outdoor dining table with chairs and a grill to enjoy at any time. Just past the back porch area is a lawn for relaxing and playing yard games with your friends. A gas firepit and adirondack chairs sit in the side yard area for warming up on the cool nights. 

Washer and dryer are available at any time and are supplied with soap and softener sheets. 

There is an EV Charger for those who have electric vehicles near the driveway, just behind the gate to the side of the home. 

Please note there is a security camera system located at the side of the home facing the driveway and side yard.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
