Charming Hometown Inn boasts beautiful hardwood floors throughout the living area, high ceilings with crown molding, a large comfortable living area with smart TV, a wonderful dining area with chandelier and seating for six, and ample space for your group. If you are looking for a great location for entertaining your group, this is the spot for you!

A remodeled and well appointed kitchen with granite countertops, gas burner stovetop with hood, and coffee station await for you to prepare your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee is supplied for those early morning goers.

Each bedroom is furnished with luxury beds made up with high quality linens. The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a queen bed with a newly remodeled ensuite. The other two nicely decorated bedrooms on the main level are furnished with queen beds and have close access to the main hall bath. In the lower level of the home you will find a guestroom with two twin beds. A full bathroom is also conveniently located in the lower level of the home, as well as the office space and separate laundry room. Soap and softener are supplied. 

Spend your evenings relaxing with a hot tub experience on the large back patio with string lights strewn above providing a great ambiance. Enjoy the back patio barbecue grill with patio table, umbrella and seating for six.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about the Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown adjacent location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping nearby. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is a short walk of about 5 minutes with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
