Welcome to Blue Sky Loft on 10th! This cozy loft located in the heart of Loveland is the perfect home base for your sweetheart city getaway. The recently renovated Blue Sky Loft on 10th is located in the upstairs portion of a garage on a great property that is semi-attached to the owners home. You will have the desired privacy needed for your group with the private entrance and dedicated parking spot located just outside of the front door. Whether for leisure travel or for business, Blue Sky Loft on 10th is the perfect location for your stay, with close access to all that Loveland has to offer.

Blue Sky Loft on 10th is a wonderful studio setup loft with one large room that encompasses the king bed area, a cozy kitchen ready for preparing a delicious meal, a welcoming dining area and a loveseat area with a large smart TV. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make your favorite home cooked meals, just grab your groceries. Coffee and Tea are supplied for those early morning goers. A full bathroom is located adjacent to the living area with a washer and dryer, as well. The washer and dryer are available 24/7 and supplied with soap and softener. A large walk in closet is also located off of the living area, and a laptop friendly workspace sits in the studio for getting some work done when necessary. 

Enjoy the outdoors with the inviting shared patio area just outside the front door. With patio tables and umbrellas to escape the Colorado sun and a barbecue area with an outdoor sofa, you will be able to relax and unwind after the days adventures. Dwayne Webster Park and Lake Loveland are located within walking distance to the north of the home and a great area to take a stroll to feel the cool lake breeze. Blue Sky Loft on 10th is also located adjacent to Downtown Loveland with it's quaint shops, restaurants, theatres and vibrant night life. 

Please note there is a RING camera system located outside the front door.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
