With easy access to Loveland and Fort Colins, this ideally located townhome serves as your next launching point to explore Northern Colorado. 

The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom with an attached full bath is furnished with a king bed, luxurious bedding, side tables and high end fixtures. The other two nicely appointed bedrooms have queen beds, and access to the hall full bathroom on the second floor. 

The entry of the home opens to a beautiful high ceiling foyer with coat closet and hard wood floors throughout the home. The main floor has an open concept making the living room, dining area and remodeled kitchen a great space to entertain your group. A large leather sectional sofa, comfy pillows and blankets and a Smart TV make the living room an inviting space to relax. There is a powder room just off of the main hall on the first floor. You will find the kitchen well appointed with high end furnishings, stainless steal appliances and plenty of counterspace. The dining table can seat up to six and is situated near the sliding glass back door with ample light and view of the deck and backyard.

Washer and dryer are available and supplied with soap/softener.

Enjoy the walking path just out the back yard gate to get some fresh air and unwind after your days adventures. On the back deck there is a great outdoor dining table with an umbrella and chairs to enjoy a home cooked meal or cocktail hour. A grill is situated on the back of the deck ready to prepare an amazing barbecue.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don’t forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews. You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at Blue Bayou Retreat!

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you’ll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Renter agreement must be signed within 72 hours of booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
